Seeking Howard "Rotovator" info

Hi, My name is Eric Kelley. I live on the northern coast of Maine, sixty miles from Canada, and have recently acquired a Howard "Rotovator" which is a fantastic machine. I need information or access to a manual so I may service it properly and get more info. It has a hand embossed machine no. on a brass plate which is EM27359. Can anybody help me? Thanks

Is this a linkage mounted hoe?

If so what is the cutting width?
