selecting a filter for diesel storage tank

can anyone help me with any types of filter/seperators for my bulk 60 gal. diesel fuel storage tank. i am going to draw fuel 2"off the bottom and have installed the drain at the bottom for water build up. i am putting this outside in western pa,and 5' off the ground.any type of diesel additive would also be helpful. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

If you do a search for the word "diesel" in this forum, you will find a lot of material that has been discussed frequently and fervently in the last 3 months. Seems that everyone is starting up there own diesel storage facilities and your question and more have been given much thought and discussion.
