Self Disconnecting BX2200 Hose

I have a BX2200 with 11 hours and when using the loader I have a problem with one of the hoses at the control vavle disconnecting itself at the quick connect coupling. This is the hose that is approx. 3 inches long. I find that this usually happens when I have the loader near full height and begin to lower it. it doesn't do this all of the time but seems to be getting more frequent. (2 times in a half hour is getting pretty bad though /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif) Has anyone else had this problem and found a fix or have any suggestions.

I have about 9 hours on my BX2200 and have used the loader for about 6 of the 9 hours. No problems here.

I have a BX2200 with 86 hours on it mostly using the FEL and do not have that problem. You may need to disconnect and make sure it is clean and reconnect. If it still happens I would call the Dealer

120hrs, no leaks of any kind. Whenever someone has an unusual problem with a new tractor under warranty they should call the dealer they bought from. Your dealer should be willing to service what he sells. A lot of dealers will send a service technician to your place for small problems such as yours. They will probably replace a part and you will be as good as new. I do all my own servicing and regular maintenance and if it requires tightening a nut or bolt I'll do it myself, but if is going to cost $$$ to fix or need a replacement part I'll let Kubota pay for it. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Sounds like you have a faulty connector, either the male or female. I'd let the dealer take care of it.

i have about 18 hours on mine so far, all fel work and no problems at all....i think if you called your dealer, he would send a tech out to you in a minute....i know mine would....good luck and keep us posted! Kevin
