Selling 2004 PT425; Need Price Advice

After many years of good service living in a rural area, we're moving into town (Colorado Springs) and for various reasons no longer have any use for our PT425.
About 1,110 hours, well maintained, good tires, backhoe, 4 in 1 bucket (slightly bent) and six way plow.
Anyone have a suggested price?
Don't need a whole lot, just want someone to get some use from it.
After our change to urban life, keeping it and paying for storage makes no sense.
Any advice would be appreciated!

There has been one on ebay for about a week (I think in WA or MT) with almost every attachment. You can compare yours to that one.
