Finacing a $350k home for 30 years would scare me a bit more. Not sure it makes much difference $352.5k vs $350k.
My point in this question was how folks talk about how the the master bath and kitchen are key to a sale. Might appeal to the wife, what's in for the man of the house? A major kit and bath remo job can set you back $30k easy, finaced over 30 years I might add. I say throw the man a bone.
