I have a price list from the chainsaw store that has climbing ropes and arborist supplies. The sale they had last summer, the 192t new was $309.95 list $359.95. On their website they show dealer suggested retail price of $300-320.

I bought a 192t and a 200t in recent years, both used: the 200t from a CT pawn shop and the 192t from a tree guy who was in my local Stihl store buying a newer saw, and planned to keep the 192t. I paid him by check IIRC, $200.
At the time I wasn't really sure of the actual value but it seemed like a fair to slightly high price. The 200t is a way better saw, but the 192t is alright if one can't get hold of a 200t.
I agree your prices are on the high side of what people are willing to pay, and the Stihls you have are pro saws for a specialty market.
See if you can interest local tree businesses or local small arborists in those saws for slightly less $.
I'd buy another 200t in a heartbeat.

I paid $300 for a 6 month old 200T from a repair shop. Came with a case, gallon of bar oil, and a spare chain (new). Somebody had traded it in as collateral for a repair on a bigger saw and never came back to claim it.
Maybe I got a deal, but I've seen these go for that price every now and then. I want to say that my father in law paid $279 for his easy start 192T brand new, but it's been a while. I know it was right around the same price I paid for my 200T.
