Selling my ATV tracks but can't seem to figure out how to list in TBN Classifieds

I tried to start an ad for my CanAm Apache tracks for sale, but the TBN Classified section seems to only allow dealerships to post ads. Am I doing something wrong? Its weird, because it seems like normal members used to be able to post to the classified section, or maybe I am crazy.

I'm sure you should be able to place an add for a private sale. Are you trying to post it to the correct forum?
