Tractor
John Deere 4120
John Deere 4120, 2004 or 5 model,
395 hours,
8 foot customized hydraulically power angled plow that hooks in place of the bucket on the QA,
3rd control valve with lines to the bucket, JD line kit
Tractor supply quick hitch for:
LX6 mower, mower is kinda beat up,
Ballast box,
Befco landscape rake.
Custom bucket forks (from plans here, lol.)
Pequea 25 bushel ground drive manure spreader.

Tractor runs hot, but never actually overheats, not sure why, mower blades seems to stall in high grass, might be normal.

Hard to say a number, but I believe he sees the added value of an integrated package that has demonstrated suitability to the property. You could capitalize on that quite reasonably.

looking at tractorhouse I would say something from 25K - 30K with your attachments

Saying that If you have no use for the tractor where you are relocating I would make a better deal to try to get rid of them before the move

My :2cents:

When you say runs hot do you mean runs in the red or does it stay in the green right close to red and stay there.
If it gets close to red and stays there then it is just like every other 4x20 series.

I wouldn't roll the tractor price into the real estate price if you are paying a realtor commission.

that low hours, and attachments with it... sell separate. buyer getting greedy. or perhaps trying to reduce hassle for both you and him. in both trying to sell/buy a tractor.

you would take a pretty hefty hit if new place going to, you bought a new tractor... one you have now looks like new. 400 hours is low hours

I think it goes into the red, I have seen a "TEMPHI" warning on the display.

Tractor running hot: Try hosing off the radiator.

Mower slipping in the grass: I see you have a clutch on your mower. The owner's manual on mine states that clutch has to be tightened down as the clutch plates wear down.

Agreed, but selling it all might take a year or more.

I'd roll it in and add 10% for the realtor. This may let the buyer finance it for 30 years at historically low rates.

Valid concerns BUT a lot depends on the buyer, where it is located and if the OP is going to need the tractor or will have to sell it by himself. If the buyer is an aboveboard honest type guy he might be willing to pay a fair price.
Look closely at Tractor house, CL and any local dealerships, ask your neighbors. Give the buyer the high price (your equipment looks great) and if he can roll it into his house loan let him, but add 10% for the realtors fee and hassles.

Thanks! I figured there might be an adjustment somewhere. If only I could find that manual to get the procedure, lol.

I'll try washing off the radiator.
