I'm not sure I understand the reason for this thread. Didn't you just post something like this not long ago??? You gave very little logical explanation then and now there seems to be even less?? Hmmmm, I must be missing something......... Maybe it's the payments?? If that's the case then maybe explain that and someone might strike a deal to assume payments for you plus a little cash to cover your equity???
