They cause me a lot of grief on public sewer too... especially anything labeled flushable... like wipes.
End up spending $2500 for a professional cable machine and it has paid for itself many times...
At times I wish I had a camera with about 75' minimum reach too.
The local sewage treatment plant bales the cotton type paper and wipes like bales of cotton.
