I'm new to the forum. Does anyone know the procedures to reset the service light on and Mahindra 7060.

Not 100% but a lot of folks claim the OBD2 scanner can clear it. Have you found the OBD2 port and plugged in the scanner?

I would think disconnecting the battery, usually just the negative, disconnected for a few hours would reset it.

They are about $25. Most folks claim it will clear the codes and lamp. Some machines/autos clear the codes after a set amount of time without power but it could be an hour or it could be a week. The code reader may be an option that wastes less time or aggravation......assuming it clears the codes. Worst case is you have a reader for your autos.

On my 6520, there is a little holder that looks like an inline blade fuse. I remove the cover, turn the key on and wait 10 seconds, then jump across the terminals with the key on. That resets it. Sometimes it takes more than one try to get it reset. It is right beside the fuse block.

Not sure if the OBD2 can reset the light but just beware if you try to use an OBD2 to read codes on a Mahindra you will not get the correct codes. Mahindra uses a proprietaty software for reading the codes.
