Actually the RTS indicates the number of hours for which the dealer will be reimbursed (at their retail labor rate) under warranty for that repair. The actual wrench time is less. The entire RTS is based on a formula which begins with actual wrench time, then adds amounts for used condition, prescribed diagnostic procedures, parts requirements, etc.

New Holland RTS does not include diagnostic time or any formula for used condition. They are actual wrench time only. You add diagnostic time, steam wash time, dyno time and actual extra time for broken bolt removal ect.
