Service manual for DX33?

I purchesed a used DX33 (2002 with 93hrs) and wanted to get the service manual for the tractor. I would just like to have the manual in case something ever happens. Dealer quoted a price of $350.00? Can I purchase this manual cheaper elsewhere? Or is the the going rate?

Just took delivery of tractor this morning 3/9/05. Put 1.5 hours on it and like it so far.

These posted on eBay are just the Operators Manual, not the Service Manual that cabzjam1 was looking for.
