Servicing a New Old Tractor

Purchasing a '69 Ford 3000, gas, 8 speed, w/PAS this week, and trying to prepare for servicing before I start using it. I've done a lot of online research, but still have some questions.

Planning to:
change oil and filter
change trans./rear axle fluid (hydraulic filters?)
change PAS filter and fluid
flush radiator
clean oil bath air cleaner (is there also a dry filter?)
check steering box oil (haven't found how to check that yet)
change fuel filter
need new fuel cut-off valve (current is stuck in the on position)
need new oil pan (current badly dented)

Any and all advice greatly appreciated!

I'd suggest getting on ebay, and purchasing an operators, and service manual for it. Op. manual should have all of the fluid capacities you need, the shop manual will show how to work on it. I'd also suggest finding an OEM, or reprint of OEM manuals. The I&T manuals are pretty basic, and give basic information, yet have a lot to be desired, compared to an OEM manual. An OEM manual will take you through step, by step on repairs. You'll not be sorry you spent the money on them.

As far as parts, Ford/New Holland has an online parts book, and I'm posting the link to the 3000's online parts manual. Official New Holland Online Parts Store and Online Parts Catalog for New Holland and Ford Tractors. Select a function group, and click on it. Then select what part of that function group you want to see, and select. When the next window opens, there will be an exploded view of that particular section on the left, with parts numbered to match a part description, and part number on the right side of the page. Select the part you want to see, and another window will open with description, and part number. Up in the top right hand corner, it will say "check price". Another window will open, where you can select a local dealer. When you go back to selecting that part, it will show the price in the upper right hand corner. If you wish to shop aftermarket, copy & paste the part number to a search engine, and go shopping. I get the best results from Google.

If in the future you need to do a major repair, or just parts replacement, use the online parts book to get the part number, and do a search by the part number. That way, you're looking for the exact part you need.
