Servis E60 Rotary Cutter. Anyone know anything?

I am looking for a medium to heavy duty rotary cutter. I found a Servis E60.
Does anyone know anything about them? I amreally interested in the specs on one.
Min PTO horsepower
Cutting Capacity
Deck Guage

I know it is an old cutter but it is at a low price that I can afford.
Can you even find replacement parts like blades?
Any help would be great!
