If you stand behind your tractor, you should have an adjustable link for the right side lower link (hitch point for the implement). The adjustable link will be like a large turnbuckle.

That levels the implement (rear blade) side to side. You can use a level if you like, but I just use a calibrated eyeball.
You mentioned the threads on the adjustable link don't lock in....isn't there a jam nut on that link? There should be...

As far as side to side sway, lower the blade and tighten up your anti-sway links. You'll still get some side to side movement (say...½" or so), but that's about it.
