I know the 'kids' used to modify their Honda cars, making them sound like lawn mowers. Maybe this was an attempt at that.

True story, I was about 10 miles from home one night after being away for several weeks, then driving most of the day. Icame up behind a slow moving car in the middle of nowhere so I pulled out to pass. All of a sudden I heard a chainsaw... WTF? Who is out cutting at 9:00 in the night? They must be either stealing firewood or poaching a moose. It wasn’t until after I was past him and had pulled in that I realized the driver I was passing thought it was a race.

Getting back to the Honda pushing the sedan...

Driving down the road with the dump bed raised up like that, he might have only actually dropped half into the river. The rest might still be on the roadway that he was travelling on.

The lime will blow off on to the side of the road,,
for the next few years,, the state will be mowing, and mowing, and mowing,, and wondering why the grass grows so good in that section of road!!
