Actually, this is a perfect example of how video can paint the wrong picture. I saw this (getting beer on a scissor lift) video years ago and it actually went on for some ridiculous amount of time.

EDIT: Judging by the original video I saw, I think it WAS real. Any fit Officer would probably just have hopped aboard and taken over the ship!

Where I grew up, that trailer dragging would improve the roads.

Matter of fact, someone recently moved an old trailer in a similar fashion. Then the truck broke down, and the trailer sat on the side of the road for about a week while all the locals screamed and itched about it. They finally got it moved, no harm to anyone except the locals BP probaby went up.

People need to chillax. The biggest danger was to all the noses stuck up in the air.
