Didn't get a pic but the other day I was on a freeway in West Virginia and noticed a flatbed carrying concrete culverts about 24" diameter and 8' long crossways. They had straps through the first two and the last two of the bottom layer all pulling to the center of the truck to keep the culverts together. There were probably a 12-14 culverts in the bottom layere and probably 10 on the second layer. They had two straps going over the top of the second layer the length of the trailer. So there were approximately 24 culverts with six straps total - is this adequate? the load looked like it was riding nice at 70 mph but I wasn't sure what was proper so I thought I would ask.
