Wrong, or just unusual?

This was in a parking lot today. I wonder if anything positive keeps the adapter from rotating in the lunette. Single axle trailer about 5x10.

PS: I was so concentrating on the adapter I didn't notice the wiring until I posted the photo.

The safety chains leave much to be desired also. Quick links aren't legal in most areas, there's no keeper on the hook and I doubt the chain is rated high enough to start with. Even with the adapter being commercially available, it certainly doesn't make it a good idea.

Ouch.. way to much weight, and weight out back too. that beggged a 16' trailer at a minimum..

Nah, the thrust vectoring system will be able to balance the dynamic weight on the rear suspension at most subsonic speeds. I'd be more concerned about the odd aerodynamics of the truck bed.

That's pretty normal.. wouldn't scare me at all.

we load some wide heavy equipment with some tire hang over all the time.

If it is chained correctly, and the trailer and tractor are up to it, and it's flagged and he has his overdimensinal blanket or trip permit.. that on's possibly/probably legal and legit.

Especially when the afterburner kicks in.

Especially when the afterburner kicks in.

Friend of mine was serving in Czechoslovakian air force. They has a all terrain truck with a MIG 17 jet engine on it to clean snow from the runway. The truck maximum road speed was about 40 mph but with the jet it was scary fast. He claimed that it would make the 2.5 km long runway in less a minute. That is, estimated, more than 120 mph.
Here is the truck but I can't find a pic with the engine mounted on it.

This one looks like they used more than just the engine.

Not sure what the problem is here. It looks to be properly chained and those tires are solid. It's not going anywhere. Plus it is up on a good solid trailer behind enough truck to tow it. What is the issue?
