What did you load the blocks with?

Skidsteer with a 2,300lb rated lift capacity. It's a radial lift machine so once I started lifting several feet up I could feel the back end getting light. I just assumed the lifting capacity was measured at the pin and my load in front was reducing that amount.

They put way too much effort into the trucks exhaust stacks...

I think that's the first pickup with stacks I have seen I actually like. They didn't run them up through the bed like everyone else where they can get dinged up by cargo, take up cargo space, and melt anything plastic within a foot of them...

Nobody with stacks through the bed actually haul stuff.

So, I don't know what they were hauling wrong, but they must have been towing something heavy. And this was found on a chevy 1/2 ton, small v8, no trailer brakes, with a burnt and slipping clutch.

There's a connector ramp here between two Interstates that has a downhill tightening radius. Posted 35mph for trucks but reasonable to push a car through at up to 50. Every few years a semi-load of lumber gets dumped halfway through that curve. Witnesses say they see lumber slide off the side or back of the trailer regardless of straps. (More likely loose straps so there's no friction between layers.) Photo - Similar.

Yeah, we have lots of lumber running on our backroads around here and every so often there's a tip-over. Seems a hard way to learn about the Coriolis Effect!
