Any estimates on this log weight?

The 20" diameter 25' utility pole I barely unloaded with my L3200 was 1,500-1,800lbs guessing how close it was to my tractor (better leverage) & how high I could lift it before relief stalled.

Guessing that one is under 20' long but a lot fatter. Probably wet too, so over 2klbs.

Don't think that commercial would be received positively today...

I loved the one where they swap chevy running gear for airplane landing gear...

??? Tell me more! Google knows nothing about this.

I did a search and could not come up with it... all that comes up is the recent Nissan video.

I thought awhile about posting this, but decided to. Just to prove a point, It stood right out when I saw it and I jokes with my wife that it was me.LOL But upon further observation, I determined it really wasnt all that unsafe.Actually I thought "ya do what ya gotta do" Looks like they had everything including the kitchen sink. But they had it well secured so no harm I guess.

Ya, definitely ugly, but other than possible excessive weight behind the axle I don't see to much to scare me.

I wonder how it's secured at the rear bumper though.

Let's compare the 2 for a moment... A 1970s 3/4 ton with an little old 350 gas motor pulling 187 tons. A 2010+ F350 (or is it a F450?) with a modern diesel pulling 120 tons. As the video says "why ford trucks are best: " Hardly. The Chevy wins that one hands down
Who cares about a stupid commercial that's irrelevant to any real life scenario? Let's come up with a more realistic comparison like pulling a trailer weighing 10 tons up a mountain and then stopping it on the downhill side. My money is on the Ford.
