Putting that many people's lives at risk, I don't really think it matters much. Fact he was stopped and is no longer a threat to normal citizens is all that matters. My heart goes out to everyone his bad choices affected, but I have little regard for what happened/happens to the perp; only slightly more than he had for all the lives he was risking.

One **** of a chase.
According to comments - not drunk, he'd hit another vehicle and tried to run away.
They eventually shot out his tires & fuel.
Belarus, apparently.

Looked alive to me.. Seemed like they were shooting tires and fuel tank, along with some rocks through the windshield in an attempt to blind him. If they really wanted to kill him, they could have at the time of the rock throwing.

Not sure what the guy who tried to get in front and slow down was thinking though.. But it looked painful.

When my grandson and I come upon this guy he was already 10 miles from the nearest place to buy concrete, but at least the landscaping timber is not going any where.
