When my grandson and I come upon this guy he was already 10 miles from the nearest place to buy concrete, but at least the landscaping timber is not going any where.

Wow.
I'll bet the landscaping timber is so that they could load the pallet on with a forklift over the tires.

Rear of the tailor all bent up and ramps gone. Both fenders gone. Two trailor jacks on front and at least one bent. Looks like the owner of that trailor has been hauling wrong more than once.

I like the nice green dust cap on the rear axle. At least they are trying to keep the bearings debris free. But he has the the stuff in the bed of the truck strapped down. Maybe not strapped down. But there is a strap on it.

I can't read what load rating that pickup is but I haul more than that in my F250. Assuming I counted bags correctly.

I suspect that it was more an issue of no tie downs and a very sketchy trailer rather than the load rating on the truck or the trailer.

Right but if he hauled the bags in his truck bed like I do he wouldn't need either. I figured there was about 2300 lbs there.

It's a 1/2 ton Chevy. And an old one at that. No way the load rating would be enough for that much weight if he tried to put the pallet in the bed.

He doesn't want the grease to fly out and get all over the nice trailer wheels....

In my neck of the woods that trailer empty would get you pulled over.

No way i would put it on the hitch of any of my trucks.
