That's it! I haven't been using it for very long (had not used Fluid Film- when I went to first purchase Fluid Film I saw Slick Stuff and grabbed it instead). I CAN say that is smells great:D (actually, it's worked pretty well on my car door hinges; used it on PTO shafts but it's kind of hard yet to say how that is going)

I tried a sledge hammer first, side to side, front and back the best I could threw the week I was soaking it with PB blaster multiple times a day, no luck.
Although I just let the sledge do the work, I didn稚 try to destroy the thing.

After that failed I tugged on a tree a bit lol again not trying to break something, the thing didn稚 budge a bit and I said the heck with it and put the pin back in.

I guess instead of changing ball mounts I値l just have to get used to changing balls on this pintle set up.

Try hooking up a come along to it and to another vehicle with a hitch. Apply as much pressure as possible, and them smack it with a sledge while standing out of the way of flying objects. Keep pressure on it, spray whatever to loosen and keep smacking it. And/or use an air impact chisel like the one Diesel Bound showed a picture of. I had to do this when I had a 1 1/4" solid square hitch bar on the mini van hitch. (This is also why I never leave a hitch bar in the receiver.) Jon

PB is good for everyday uses. But when it don’t work try Kano. Let it soak just like you have been doing with the PB. Penetrating-Lubricating Oils
If the Kano don’t work it’s time for the air chisel and liquid wrench (cutting torch).

I had a stuck hitch and sprayed it from the backside. Took a while but oil and constant pulling pressure on it and it came loose.

I had a locking pin in a 3-way ball mount, only ever used it one way up. Locking pin froze in, even with lock part off. Since I was in the process of selling the truck, I didn't bother trying to drill it out and just bought another ball mount...but I don't leave it in the hitch anymore on the (slightly) newer truck.

If you plan on leaving a hitch in the receiver (so some yahoo doesn't rear-end you) then dip the end in fluid film or motor oil before inserting into the receiver. It will repel water and resist corrosion.

Did you try heating it up with a torch while you were putting pressure on it. Heat does wonders
