It looks like it bent the truck frame at the cab too. Look at the uneven gap between the cab and the bed. Not to mention the door overlap on the B-pillar. That's an expensive repair estimate, front to back.

Would be weird to back because you wouldn't pivot around the back axle of the car. Instead the whole front end would swing in a big arc.
