Share Pics of People Hauling or Towing Something Wrong

There has to be permanent damage to the tailgate, and possibly bed of truck, on this and I'll guess a factory tailgate painted that color is over $2,000. Anyone think this through?

I’m torn as to whether the fork lift guy didn’t know any better or was so tired of trying to stop people he just says ok and does it to see what happens now.

at HD, I watched a guy forklift a load to a high shelf, which touched another pallet of goods and landed at an angle. So now 2 pallets of heavy stone with one resting partially on the other.
I got bored and left after a while of watching him smack into the one pallet to try and shift it.

After a few minutes of watching him try to untangle that mess, I decided having them load anything by forklift into my truck would be high risk.

I so wanted to take the controls and fix the problem.......ForkLIFT, not ForkRAM.

A few years ago, one of my trucks delivered a load of bagged salt to a HD. The forklift operator picked up a pallet almots as high as it would go, then turned quickly, tipping the forklift over onto the trailer and scattering salt all over. They got the forklift set back up, cleaned up the spilled salt, and a couple of skids later did the same damn thing again.

A little north of Dallas, don't know what he is hauling, but it looks a bit heavy for the truck. Bet he is wising that axle was a little more forward!

Looks like about 4 foot diameter plastic culvert pipe. The wooden boxes it is setting on weighs about as much as the pipe does.

I bet the truck never moved, with that load. Pic taken, wood taken back out, moving to "plan B"...

Weight wise he could be fine, but in a big crosswind I wouldn't want to be him.

Aren't these idiots paranoid about getting busted for unsecured load?
The local dumps fines you for that, doubt the scrap yards do, but I would be a nervous wreck that something fell off and went through a $2000 windshield, for a $20 set of straps.

When you have nothing you have nothing to lose. Half of the things in there are probably stolen anyways.
