Not sure who's dumber - the person who loaded that and probably doesn't have a clue, or the person driving behind them who knows there's a problem staring them in the face.

Years ago I had the CB on while travelling down the interstate, and heard a trucker telling of the incident he'd been involved in. While passing a car hauling a canoe, the air turbulence caught the boat and broke the rubber tie downs holding it on the roof. Apparently flying down the road didn't do it much good. He stopped, a state trooper showed up and the other motorist started going on about how the trucker needed to pay for his canoe. In the trucker's words "The trooper got so tired of hearing him that he cited the guy for having an insecure load."

When pulling a slew steered wagon, you can be swept off the road with an 8 ton farm tractor if the trailer brakes dont work. With this 20 ton load and an 8 ton tractor without trailer brakes youre holding a steering wheel, but youre a passenger.
