pacerron; Do you make preserves or jams with the grapes, or just can the juice?
Just juice this year. My wife is picking grapes for another batch right now.
The juice extractor/steamer saves a lot of time and work since no "gushing/crushing the grapes between your toes" is needed, no overnight refrigeration, and no final filtering.
Just wash them, steam them, fill the jars, and do a hot water bath to seal the lids.
