SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She was delivered to me 4/21/01 at 9:45 in the morning. A new L3010 HST with a FEL, 6' rake and a 7' rear blade.I've put about 4 hours on her the first day putting in a lawn. The power is great! I keep her between 1800 - 2000 RPM's and she hasn't stalled once.I had one little problem that Saturday with a hydraulic hose that wasn't tightened down all the way. But Mears was back out to my house in less than a hour to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. Chris in sales called to apologize about the inconvience.I am very satisfied with the entire package they gave me. I also got at no charge, bucket hooks, Grease and gun,R4 tires and free transport for one year if there are any problems. I thought the $20,500 price tag was reasonable compared to the other dealerships I went to.The BIGGEST help I had in selecting the tractor and accesories was this website. A big thanks to you guys! I hope to post some helpful things in the future after I put some hours on (Jezebel) my L3010.Thanks Guys

Re: SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations, Jay! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

As I've said before, that model was my first choice when I was shopping. Budget and availability of used units eventually led me to the L2500DT that I have now, which has worked out so well that I "almost" believe a 3010 would have been too much. Hah!!! Like I believe what I just said. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Sounds like you got a terrific price and a terrific dealer. Those were some sweet freebies. I didn't even get an orange hat. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif

Try posting that picture again after Muhammad announces that attachments are working again. In fact, that brings up an interesting point, Muhammad. Will the fix retroactively make recent attachments appear?

Way to go, Jay!

Re: SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason,

Welcome to the world of Orange!

Sweet package and a pretty sweet price too. What are the specs on the Rake and Blade? Who made them, what model and all that stuff. Inquiring Minds want to know. (well, me any way.../w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif)

You're right, the power is very impressive. Go slow until you are used to what the machine is capable of doing. My buddy found out that his new tractor (JD 790) is able to wreck far more stuff in far less time than he was ever able to do with just a shove and a wheel barrow. Now that's productivity, eh?

Congratulations on the new rig/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
Sounds like a nice set up with some good freebies. I see your dealer did not throw in grass seed either/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif.Maybe dealers who read here could start this for new FEL users like myself.

Re: SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

John,
The Rake (LR1572) and Blade(RB1584) are made by Land Pride. The FEL is a LA482 with a medium duty 66" bucket with a welded bucket hook bracket on the top. I hope this picture come through. The hooks work really well and I would recommend hooks for anyone with a FEL. I guess the collapsable ROPS are standard now.I didn't recieve a hat but they gave me a shirt. I have to attribute the good price to TBN. I learned what other people were paying for simular tractors and recieved great answers for all the questions I posed to TBN. I hope this answers all your questions.

Re: SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason,
Thanks for the update! Landpride is supposed to be a very good company. You should be able to get your landscaping projects done in short order. The photo didn't make it thru. Must still be having the same issues. I hope that Mohammad is able to clear it up. Don't feel bad about not getting a hat. I didnt' even get a T-shirt or a hat. But I did get the full technical manual tossed in /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif.

Have fun!

Re: SHE\'S HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a pretty nice throw in. I asked for the service manual but was denied. That manual is just shy of $100. I think they want all the service they can get out of me.
