Sheyenne Mfg Snowblower

A front quick tach loader mount snowblower that is run off a PTO driven pump using the tractors hydraulic oil supply (no rear PTO reservoir). Unique feature is the coaxial auger and impeller.

Anyone ever hear of them? Anybody have one of them?

Just seen the video and some chat here in the past. If I recall, there was talk that your tractor's hydraulic oil will get very hot without adding some type of cooler. Never heard of anyone here on TBN who has one. I think they were around eight grand-ish.

OK well that's a little steep for me. I guess I'll go back to considering building my own PTO powerpack.

Looked at the specs listed on the Sheyenne web site and they show flow rate 14 - 17 GPM for the smallest blower. A my BX has a 2 1/2 gallon reservoir so I don't think it would work very good for very long.

That's a interesting blower. If you have a Mid shaft facing forward I have an older blower for sale in the Private party ads you could adapt.
