Shifting

Is it okay to shift on a 1999 Kubota L2500 from 3rd(high) to 4th(high) while in motion?
Will it burn out a gear?

Yes it is ok. The GST is designed to shift on the fly. Just let off on the pedal and shift at low RPMs to reduce the stress.

I think you are talking about a gear transmissiom but it doesnt matter you can shift on the fly without hurting anything.
