Dealer Shipping cost to the dealer?

Does the shipping on a tractor also include the cost of loading it onto a ship, running it across the ocean, unloading it at the dock, hauling to the warehousing area, sorting things out there, loading onto to trains or semi's, and so on through the entire distribution chain? All those dockworkers, train drivers, crane operators, and so get their living from someone's pocket, and it all eventually is built into the cost of the tractor.

I have jsut spent a month of freight, shipping 5 pallets of olive oil from France to the USA. This is not cheap! Bottom line price is it is costing $3,200. Olive Oil is heavy. 3 Pallets go to Milwaukee one to Atlanta and one to Pensylvania. Part of 'freight" cost might include import duties, maybe not but it could. There is very little about this olive farm business that i don't like, however freight is one of them. BTW, Where is New Holand made?
