Just wondering if you can cite were in constitution authority to remove rights from citizens is written. I thought if you serve your sentence your debt is payed in full? HS
Since when did a real criminal care about losing his right to own a gun?
I don't believe there is enough known here about the situation... was there a history of off target movement during spray jobs?... had there been previous legitiamate complaints or problems which went unaddressed?...who was there first, the homeowners or the farmer?... I'm not saying his action was justified but there may have been other issues going on.
He also may have a chance to regain his right to own firearms down the road as there are avenues to pursue to get a moment of misjudgement off your record.

A jury convicted him of a felony. I'm sure they got the whole story during the trial.
I agree, real criminals don't care about gun or any rights, until they get caught.
