Shooting Bench

   / Shooting Bench #51
Was out at my cousins camp last weekend and we were out hiking.
Passed another camp with this setup. Nice and portable.

That is a nice looking bench. Do you have a router? A 1/4" roundover bit in a router will dress it up a little.
I will probably ease the edges before I put it out, yes. It will take longer to get the router dismounted from the table than to actually do the work though... LOL

I know what you mean. Why do we make life difficult with just one router? Don't we need 3?

I have 3, I would just use the little 1/4 inch handheld trim model for quick work of that.:)

I used a Stanley Surform rasp on my edges. Took about 5 minutes total. We use the heck out of it when the weather is decent. I even have a BBQ and cooler out there for 'refreshment'....

A flap disk on an angle grinder also works pretty good to quickly ease the edges on outdoor furniture.
