Not only does my service manual help me but I use it to help answer other poster's questions as well.
Techwrtr2 , im with you on the PDF version. Im in Canada so think of it this way. not only am I getting raped on the price of the reprint but I get dinged on shipping and duties... At lease woods e-mailed me a copy of the service/owners manual for my mower free of charge. I just went on the website, filled the form and in 10 minutes it was in my inbox! now that's what I call good service.
Ron, where did you get the WSM for your BX25? I am not quickly finding it online.I have the wSM for my BX25. Wouldn't be w/o it. I do most of my own mech work. A valuable thing in there is knowing when a special tool unique to your tractor is required. Helps decide do I buy the tool, take to the dealer, or figure a work around. Helps learn the language the dealer shop uses to back check what they do. 1000 Hr and mine hasn't seen the dealer yet. I have fixed stuff I would be baffled about w/o it.
I say, $50-100 is well spent. I also say, if you can spend $10K and up for a tractor what is another $100.

About how many $$$?You can only get them from a dealer. I ordered mine from Kitsap Tractor when I bought my BX.
