Did the same thing several years ago. Broke a bone in my foot and told her it was "OK". I walked around on it for a weekend and finally went to the ER, Yep it was broken. I just hate that "I told you so" look.

I guess so. It's always amazed me that someone who I always say doesn't know squat about anything is right about 95% of the time. Don't anybody tell her I said that. I've got a 30+ year investment in that woman.

My wife is a retired RN with about 30 years worth of experience, so anything medical attracts her attention right away. I so much as get a cut and she's on it like a junk yard dog. Probably a good thing, though!

Just got back from the ER and i have 2 fractured bones, a severe spain and dislocated wrist. Should have listened to my wife when she told me to go 8 days ago. It happened while attaching my batwing to my MF285. Driveline went one way and my wrist went the other way and all I heared and felt was a large and loud snap. (Hurt like crazy). Oh well live and learn and then do it all over again.:laughing:

Yeah, I fight the tractor every day. I usually come out on top with only minor scratches and smashed/cut fingers. three things, wear gloves and goggles and take time to think things through; this is where we can really excell. Mine is a real dummy but very strong so I just have to out smart it. Its really not that hard. Good luck..God Bless..
