Tractor
Deere 4044R cab, Kubota KX-121-3S
Elderly gent bought it for snow removal, then decided winters in Vermont were too cold so he became a snowbird. Hence the low hours. Tractor, factory cab, loader, R4 tires, no rear remotes. The owner was not into maintenance so had it serviced annually by a dealer. $25k.

Obviously I'll have to check the rubber parts and service history closely. But the lack of Tier 4 emissions is awfully tempting!

What would a new comparable tractor cost?

$25,000 is a REALLY good price for any Grand L with 624 hours sporting a cab.

Good question.. It would have to be in very nice shape to be worth that much.. Any pictures OP? And I'm with you on the lack of Tier 4 emissions..

Was it shedded it's whole life? It's 14 years old.

I owned an L30 Series and really liked it; bought it used with about 700 hours, put 800 more on it and sold it for what I paid originally. Mine sold in two days, so you may not have much time. Tractors vary according to location, so it's hard to tell. I would hate to pay that much, but if the belts, hoses and tires are good I just might; not a bargain, but may well be worth it. Tough call.

My 250 hour 2006 original owner L48 TLB was not kept under cover in Maine (I wish it had been), but is not as weather damaged as some might think.
The 250 hours was VERY important to me!
Needed a new seat ($698 + shipping, bought nice E-Bay $150 aftermarket instead)

The paint fading I will remedy,.... by doing a complete repaint.
The plumbing, fittings, and hoses are all in good condition.
4 remotes, hyd. thumb, hyd. QA for loader bucket, QA hoe bucket.

An awesome machine, and in my opinion, worth every penny of the 32K I paid.
It is currently undergoing my fluff and buff/painting.
It will never spend another night outside!

Needed a new seat (cushion torn)

The plumbing, fittings, and hoses are all still fine.

It makes me crazy when I see a new tractor sitting outside up here, I see it all the time, it just makes resale drop quickly is all it does..

Too late. As I was driving up to check it out some guy passing through town noticed it and bought it on the spot. Ahem.
