should i buy this. ?

local dealer priced me a kodiak rotary cutter heavy duty 7' , with slip clutch, front & rear chains.

it has 90 hp. gear box, weigths 1375 #, lift type, dual tail wheels.

is this a good deal or should i keep on lookin. ??
