Nice ideas - just need some fine tuning. Like others said, lights, angles, etc are all important. The thing to remember is it is better to spend 5 hrs making a good 5 minute video than spending 5 minutes making 50 bad ones. If you have a topic you want to show, plan it out, practice it, then shoot it, shoot it again, then edit all the footage together to make a good final product. I find most of the video out need to take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it while showing it being done. Everything attachments makes some good videos and are other referenced by others - they maybe good examples to view.
