Not knocking Kubota but have you looked at Mahindra? There similar to the grand at the price point of the non grand Kubotas, they will do just as much or more for far less money, something to think about, Mahindra also has a direct injection Diesel engine that meets the tier 4 emissions WITHOUT a DPL filter or any additives to the fuel, that and the fact they lift more, are heavier and no DPF filter I was sold on a new Mahindra till I found the used JD I bought lol. Anyway check out Mahindra's line up, 7 year warranty also, Kubota is up to 6 years now I believe. I'm sure you will be happy with any of them
That being said weight = more useable power dragging logs and pulling, also safer front loader work.
More HP is mainly for attachment requirements at the PTO, I would see what the biggest implement you would ever possibly want to run like a batwing mower and base the HP of the tractor you chose off that. It's cheaper to buy a bigger tractor in the beginning than it is trading that one in to buy a bigger tractor.
