Should I just buy a new starter?

I'm doing Maint. it's that time again and just ran across this ordering Filters Etc.. What it cost to rebuild the Org. Starter. And that was after I put the Ghetto rig on it that lasted around 3Yrs. Turned the Brushes Around and the shop said there wasn't nothing left of them. They knew I was In it! Look hard it's still on there! End of last Yr.
