Shuttle shift adjustment T400?

Does anyone have a repair manual that they would give me the directions for the shuttle shift adjustment on a T400? I have adjusted it and either forward or reverse does not go right, Reverse works but then forward doesn't I then adjust it, Forward works but reverse doesn't I am doing something wrong.

I don't know for sure but, I wonder if it crosses to the mahindra 4110? maybe posting in the mahindra forum might bring results.

I did looked up the Mahindra 4110 and found some useful infor. I went out to the barn and adjusted the shuttle shifter like I read and it does work nice now!
