shuttle shift knob

anyone out there know how to remove shuttle shift knob on a dk35se ,need to replace boot, local dealer said to call kioti mech. was gone for the day. still waiting for a call back from kioti. thanks in advance

got it, pulls off with help from penetrating, oil flat screw driver & elbow grease.
