The wife and I are just about done with "sauce" on pizza. White is right for us.
That helps keep the toppings from sliding off with the first cheesy bite ;-)
Also, we started rolling out the dough with a sheet of baking parchment underneath. It makes transfers onto the hot stone a breeze! Oven or grill, indoors or out.
