LAGEORGE . . . you are my hero! I just bought a subsoiler to do something similar in my back yard! Last year I bought a 300 watt transformer and lit up a path through the woods, used some uplights to illimunate some trees, etc. But I dug the wire by hand and since I have a lot of clay it was tough work and I only got part of it done. This spring I will attach my new subsoiler and run my wires with machine power. Last spring I didn't have a tractor small enough to go down the path, but when the TC24D arrived in mid-summer I found it would fit under the branches on that path while my B2910's ROPS would catch too many of them and stop the tractor dead in its tracks.

You seem to set the standard that the rest of us aspire to reach with some of your projects!

gee bob you tractor was stopped in it's tracks by a few limbs on the ROPS!? mine won't stop like that (jus don't ask how I know or what happened to my hat when the branch broke off!) lol Only thinng ever to stop mine dead in it's tracks was a concrete pier 18" wide x 24" long x 48" deep! caught it with the box blade while running in 1st gear high range. needless to say i'm supprized I didn't do a bunch more damage than I did. (jolted the front end off the ground and caused a bypass hose to blow out on the radaitor.) (thought I really messed something up BANG and a white spray from under the hood!)

First the tractor with strobes, now oranges that need sunglasses. I am starting to see a theme...yes definately a fetish. At least they can see George's place from the space station now.

SPIKER . . . big branch overhead, wet clay underneath . . . tractor stopped with the wheels spinning. . . as it started sinking I knew I needed to stop!
