sickle bar mower for skid steer

I'm thinking of getting a short sickle bar mower for my SS to mow under rail fences etc. Anybody have an experience with these? The good and bad?

I have not seen a sickle for doing that task but I have seen many mowers that swing out around the post.

Swisher Postmaster trimmer? Anyone have it?
