You might check with godleyauction.com. They have a location in Charlotte and used to have a sale every 4th Friday. They are also a MF dealer I think. Make sure whatever you buy will fit your tractor. Also check with the NC Agricultural Review. New classifieds on line every month. Look under NCDA.

Both the NH and JD websites have used equipment locators that you can use to find stuff. The used equipment listed however, is stuff that their dealers have taken as trade-ins and is generally overpriced. Look for some local equipment auctions. Around here they are usually run monthly by small equipment sales & repair companies.

Have you thought about a trimmer?

Don't know how expensive they are, but they should be a little safer, more rugged, and more versatile than a sickle bar.

Here's a light one for ATV, but I think they have PTO powered units for 3 point hitch too.

Anyone have any expirience with these. Looks pretty slick for mowing under Hingh Tensile fencing but the price is sorta high. Anyone?
