The old way was essentially a 3 minute job but that ship sailed...I have a 2009...driver's side can be done with a small arm/hand (not me but my wife could do it with a few band-aids and language that I'm sure would disqualify her for public office if she decided to run 11 years from now and somebody recorded it). Passenger side (and driver's side for those with normal sized hands/arms)...remove the plastic wheel shroud around your front tires to access the screws. Go on top and locate the screws (one or more of which will require removing the front plastic shroud with a special tool to access those screws...don't do it when it's cold unless you want to replace that part because it will break). Then slide the whole headlight assembly forward, replace the bulbs and put it back together. Funny thing...it could be done other than they decided to weld an angle bracket exactly where it makes it impossible to get at it. They could have secured that bracket with screws/bolts where they could be removed...but they didn't.
