Tractor
2007 Kubota B7800, 2005 Kubota. BX1500
Picked up a Kubota Tractor Model B7800HSD-F, Kubota Loader Model LA402-1, Woods Model BH70_X Backhoe w/thumb, Woods Model SS52 Snow Blower, and canopy for $16,000. The tractor was one year old with a wopping 17 hours on it! The previous owner died and the widow just wanted it gone. I checked with Kubota if there any leins (none). It is still under warranty for another two years. The dealer where they bought it from said they would put any warranty claims through using their name. I think he said it had a 2000 hour 3 year warranty still. I just got it home and still blown away by the deal. They started out with the "not taking a penny less than 20K" speach, I walked away. I told them they were competing with Kubota financing and would not price it too close to new. Stock market crashed, they panicked, and gave me a great deal! Too bad I don't have a clue what I am doing! I have a 1978 Bobcat Skidsteer that I have kept alive for ten years that I just sold. Can't wait for daylight to start digging! I don't know what all the controls do yet but that will come in time. It is a lot of machine, but I needed one for a long time!

My neighbor who transported the tractor for me was taken back by the deal. He has a John Deere 110 TLB and I used his trailer to move it. He thought I was exaggerating when I told him about the tractor. He looked at me and said "dude, that is alot of tractor"! As we were loading it, he said "hurry up before they change their mind"! I spoke with my insurance agent and they said it would be covered under my homeowners policy as long as it never leaves my property. My agent said if it was stolen or destroyed by a tree or something, I would get full replacement value with a $500 deductable. Imagine that, a thief would actually double my money! Just kidding!! I will post pictures tomorrow.....

Sweet deal! I wish I had that woods BH:)

Ditto on the BH...I already have the smaller BH6000, but that's the second picture I've seen of a B70X and it looks AMAZING. Something like a big bodybuilder's arm...lots of metal and lots of hydraulics on a shorter boom and dipperstick with a big 'ole bucket.

Hot. Ready to tear something up.

Great deal, by the way...obviously. I'm sure you're pleased as punch.

I was considering a BX25 when this deal fell in my lap. I did not include the pictures of the snow blower included in the deal but it is also only one year old. I spent the afternoon digging up trees and replanting them and the backhoe worked perfect. Bought Kubota touch up paint and grease to fix any blemishes today. The loader bucket is 60" and the BH bucket is 16". It will take some time to get used to working with this much more robust machine (compared to my sickly Bobcat 310). The hour meter now reads 19!
